Heated hydromassage pool

Just start by easing into the waters of our heated pool (33°C) with hydromassage to invigorate and relax as the jet pulse. Enjoy neck jet to massage your neck, head and shoulders. While the jet zone on the floor will help your blood circulation and melt away the fatigue. You will feel your muscles relaxed in minutes.

Multi-sensory shower

Let the healing attributes of water and energizing properties of colors relax you. Our 4 multi-sensory showers will positively influence your mind and spirit, leaving you feeling energized, refreshed, revitalized.

Sauna and Turkish Bath

Reduce stress and rejuvenate mind, body and soul, in the sauna room (heated to 80°C-100°C with a humidity percentage among 10-20%) and Turkish Bath (heated to 40C°-45°C with humidity percentage around 98%).

Stimulate the blood circulation in your body and cool off in our ice room, after the sauna.

Mediterranean Bath

Detox and strengthen your cardiovascular system with the Mediterranean Bath. Like a sauna, but with a lower temperature range (45-50 °C) and higher humidity percentage (about 55-60%), the Mediterranean bath will help your body and mind to find their balance.

Salt Cave room

Simulating the conditions in salt caves, our Salt Cave Room, whose walls are completely covered by the Himalayan salt, releases pure salt vapor into the air whilst you relax providing benefits.

Halotherapy is known for the benefits on some health conditions (relief from respiratory ailments such as asthma, bronchitis and common cold) and relief from inflammatory skin such as eczema and psoriasis.

From South: A2 Motorway, exit Sibari. Follow direction SS106 Jonica to Taranto. Exit Nova Siri Scalo.
